Coordinator, Service Administrator & Sales support

Department: IDC WIN Comptes Nationaux
Location: Montreal
Immediate superior: Directrice, comptes nationaux et développement d’affaires
Number of positions to fill: 1

Main tasks & responsibilities:
  • Coordinating planning, reminders of training sessions across Canada for a career advisor network
  • Excel record keeping of all FC Training, Carriers, Virtual Café’s, PD Symposium.
  • Follow up emails to advisors following training sessions
  • Follow up emails to advisors following training sessions
  • Checking and replying to emails and keeping statistics/reports up to date
  • Manage incoming emails for 2 additional inbox’s.
  • Telephone and email exchanges in French and english
  • Manage excel reports, stats for weekly virtual Café sessions, Districts training, PD Symposiums, Training sessions
  • Flagging all potential sales opportunities to sales team
  • Adaptable to time zones across Canada
  • Attending sessions to ensure quality of set up and content
  • Attend Carrier training sessions as needed for updates
  • Back up support when team members are away
  • Communication and follow up with advisors
  • Other administrative tasks
Professional requirements & skills:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working with advisors, insurance and/or financial industry(preferred not required)
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable learning new software applications and business specific systems
  • Strong communication skills
