Our Quebec Management Team

Adrien Legault is Vice President and General Manager of the Quebec region for IDC Worldsource Insurance Network Inc. (IDC WIN). He assumed this role in 2023. Adrien joined IDC WIN in 2019 as Senior Legal Counsel following its acquisition of MGA Aurrea Signature (formerly Pro Vie Insurance). He has held progressively senior roles in the organization since 2014, including legal counsel, chief of compliance and director of finances. In addition to his legal training, Adrien holds a postgraduate degree in taxes, specializing in tax planning. He is a member of the Chambre de la sécurité financière as a mutual fund dealer representative and is involved in the industry and his community, sitting on different boards of directors, notably with CAILBA.

François Blanchet has been the Vice President of Business Development for the province of Quebec since 2016 for Aurrea Signature, which has become IDC Worldsource Insurance Network Inc (IDC WIN). After obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from HEC Montreal, François worked in the financial services industry as a financial security advisor and chartered administrator. In 2012, François became president and shareholder of a financial services firm in the Outaouais region. Focused on development, François will concentrate on building strategic business relationships with both partner advisors and firms that will become key contributors to the company. After the merger of his firm with Aurrea Signature, François focused on developing new partnerships with various firms and ensuring the company’s outreach.To this day, he has integrated firms(AGA) under the Aurrea / IDC banner.François also oversees several major projects for the firm, including the development of technological tools to facilitate distribution and distance learning.

Vanessa Beaulieu is the Vice President of Operations for the province of Quebec for IDC Worldsource Insurance Network inc. (IDC WIN). She joined Aurrea Signature/IDC WIN in 2010, with a mandate to manage all of the company’s operational activities in Quebec. Vanessa has been working in the insurance and financial services industry since 2008 and has held a variety of positions that have led her to direct her career in operations management.Perseverant and determined in everything she does, she is passionate about the insurance and financial service industry and intends to make her mark.Vanessa is a licensed financial security advisor and has completed university certificates in financial planning and service administration.

Martine Berthelet is the Senior Director, Tax and Estate Planning for the province of Quebec. She joined the company in May 2023. Her mandate is to support advisors in their advanced market files and help them work with their high net worth clients. Martine has been working in the Financial Services industry for over 20 years, primarily with high net worth clients, in various capacities including Private Management as Portfolio Manager and Director of Retirement Planning, as well as Regional Director and Portfolio Manager for Eastern Canada at Scotia Wealth Management. Martine is a recognized and proven coach, a former IQPF trainer and lecturer at HEC and UQAM.

Bobby Lanctot is Regional Sales Manager for the Western Quebec region for IDC Worldsource Insurance inc. (IDCWIN). He joined the group in April 2021. His mandate is to grow and direct the operations of the Montreal and North Shore region. Bobby has worked in the financal industry for over 20 years. In 2018, he was named by the Journal de l’assurance in an article titled The New Insurance Leaders: The Industry in the Age of Generation Y. He specializes in one -on- one coaching in business development and mastering the various technical aspects related to the insurance and investment field.Bobby holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC.

Isabelle St-Jean is Sales Manager, Investment for IDC Worldsource Insurance Network Inc. (IDCWIN). She joined the company in May 2022. Her mandate is to develop and manage segregated funds for the province of Quebec as well as to act as a branch manager in mutual fund. She entered the industry in 2006 by becoming a financial security advisor and mutual fund representative at Industrial Alliance and became one of the company’s top 28 advisors for its sales volume of investment and insurance products. Armed with audacity and motivated by her entrepreneurial spirit, Isabelle created Torrus Financial Group in 2015 in collaboration with Bobby Lanctot and together, they build a team of financial security advisors and make it their mission to bring them to success through mentorship and teamwork.

Sacha Michaud is Regional Sales Manager for Eastern Quebec for the IDC Worldsource Insurance Network Inc. (IDCWIN) He joined the group in August 2022 and his mandate is to grow and lead sales in this region. Sacha has worked in financial services for more than 17 years having started his career in two banking institutions. He specializes in business development and has developed expertise in more complex financial planning as well as in group insurance. Sacha has a bachelor's degree in business administration, a certificate in financial planning and the title of financial planner.

Anna Manousakos is a Regional Sales Director - Montreal for the IDC Worldsource Insurance Network Inc. (IDCWIN). She joined in August 2023 and her mandate is to grow and lead sales in this region. Anna has worked in the insurance industry for more than 20 years in roles such as Living Benefits Sales Consultant and more recently as an Inside Sales Manager. She is currently completing her leadership certificate with the University of Waterloo.
